Second trip to Snowbird.

Such a beautiful resort.

Dawson is ready to ski again.

We are up on a deck looking down. We can see him shortly after he gets on the lift.

2014

Christmas morning.

The kids love to see what's in their stockings. Keegan had cooking utensils this year.

We were heading out on a deck to see if we could spot some animals.

It was cold, but so beautiful.

It snowed all day.

Both Keegan and Mastan flew in this day. We spent many hours at the airport because of the storm.

I have a very small area to decorate. Much different than when we were in Wichita and Phoenix.

Can you see the Salt Lake on the west side of the valley? The entire light pink glare below the mountain is the Salt Lake.

We both enjoyed it and was so glad we took the time to visit it.

Keegan's 1st college visit...

was here at Washington University.

It is called the "South Forty" where the undergraduates live.

Keegan was the last to come out and take the final bow,

She was the lead actress in "Marvin's Room".The play was excellent.

Keegan's character "Bessie" had just learned from her Dr. that she has leukemia.

Even though Keegan has a wig on in this scene, this is her real hair in the play.

This was her sister in the play.

They did not see eye to eye. You can see by the look on Bessie's face, she is not happy with her sister.

She is a sweetheart. They are really going to miss each other. Although they are both going to Colleges in Missouri, but not the same one.

A Tornado hit southeast and southwest Wichita

We live in Northeast Wichita, so we were safe.

I have attached several pictures of the destruction

caused by the tornado Saturday evening.

A ferris wheel blew over at an amusement park.

The tornado hit both Boeing and Spirit.

There were many planes thrown around. This is the end of the new group of pictures.

She is about 2x's bigger than the basket.

She was still determined.

She still didn't move! She worked too hard to fit inside, she wasn't about to move.

I had 8 daffodils bloom this Spring for the 1st time.

I planted them as bulbs.

Keegan had so much fun when she visited this university a couple of weeks ago.

at WashU. She said the dorms were very nice.

It is so fast moving and we are looking through a plastic window so the ball doesn't hit us.

One year ago, last Thanksgiving he joined the Lord in heaven.

We are very thankful for our son Ben.

His life touched every person who knew him. His Facebook page was covered with notes of love and things people remembered about him.

Keegan had just excepted a gift...

for being in the top 10% in Wichita School District put on by the University of Kansas.

"Much Ado About Nothing" Everytime they came on stage, Keegan would gallop out tooting her little horn.

They were a not very bright constables appointed to watch over the palace.

They were a very silly part of the play.

Keegan was recognized as a semi-finalist for the National Merit Scholarship.

My brother Dick and Cindy came out to visit us this Spring.

We are downtown at the Arkansas River. Yes Dawson and Dick are tall, but Cindy is sitting on a rock.

The school went all out at the Marriot. This is Dawson's friend Allie.

The musical was called "Into The Woods".

They were all fairytail characters. In this picture Keegan was Sleeping Beauty. It was weird seeing her as a blonde!

Keegan also played the cow "Milky Way".

She won Best Featured Actress for this role. Plus she was nominated for a District Jester award.

Keegan was a teenager who just learned she was pregnant in this One-Act play.

The scene was very sad and profound. It was hard not to cry.

She is playing a Gypsy woman in "Camino Real".

Three performances she had to slap this poor kid. Keegan is really good in mean roles!

She was nominated for 7 catagories.

Won Best Actress in a One-Act, Best Supporting Actress, Best Featured Actress, and for the 2nd year in a row...Best Kiss!

It was about 6am when I discovered it had bloomed. The next day the flower was closed for good.

They are so easy to grow, I don't have to do much to take care of them. They are still blooming like crazy.

"Shake Rag Alley"

This is a historical site in Mineral Point, Wisconsin. It has now become a place where tourist come to learn about the area. They also have workshops, lodging and a stage for performing arts.

Everytime I looked outside the kids would have a ton of cats around them. Each night after dark I would call the kids to come in the house, they would be still playing with the cats!

He will pick up garbage and throw it away. He brings in the Sunday paper and fetches his collar when it's time to get ready for the day. This is just a few of his many tricks.

David and the kids gave me money to buy flowers for our backyard.

At the end of the play she did marry one of the guys who fell in love with her.

Performance called "Flowers For Algernon"

Keegan was playing a wicked mother to this boy who was retarded. During the play, she never smiled! He won Best Actor and Keegan won Best Supporting Actress for this play. They were both awesome.
